SubControl Terms of Use

By using SubControl, you agree to these Terms of Use. SubControl is a privacy-first subscription tracking app that helps you manually track recurring payments, renewal dates, reminders, spending summaries, exports, backups, and cancellation instructions.

License

SubControl is licensed, not sold. For iOS users, SubControl uses Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement:

What SubControl Does

SubControl helps you manually track subscriptions. It does not connect to banks, payment cards, financial institutions, or subscription providers.

SubControl Pro

SubControl may offer optional paid Pro access through in-app purchases. Pro may unlock features such as higher subscription limits, export tools, encrypted backup and restore, and advanced reminder tools.

Subscription purchases are handled by Apple or Google. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account settings.

No Financial Advice

SubControl provides informational tools only. It is not financial, legal, tax, or budgeting advice. You are responsible for verifying subscription charges, renewal dates, and cancellation status directly with each service provider.

Cancellation Guides

SubControl may provide cancellation instructions for common services. These guides are informational only. SubControl does not cancel subscriptions for you and does not guarantee that third-party cancellation steps will remain current.

Disclaimer

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, SubControl and its developer are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or financial losses arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of SubControl after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
